How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from LHM Monday—Friday.  Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping options. 
If you purchase a Project Connect Startup Kit, the display fixture itself will be shipped separately from a third party. The booklets will ship from LHM.


Shipping Options and Costs
Shipping and handling costs are based on product weight and will be calculated at checkout based on the options available for your purchase.

  • Standard Shipping (Media Mail): Available for orders up to 30lbs.  USPS estimates delivery in 8-12 business days from ship date, however, we've experienced recent delays of up to 3-4 weeks with Media Mail.  Media Mail packages are subject to inspection by the post office and may be opened / inspected during the shipping process.  If your package arrives with the red LHM sticker cut, your order was opened after it left the care of LHM, and what happens after this point is beyond our control.  Media Mail packages are not insured.
  • FedEx Ground: Offers delivery in 1-5 days from ship date* within the continental United States and 3-7 days to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • FedEx Express Saver: Offers delivery in 3 business days from ship date*.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Our fulfillment team does its best to ensure your order is carefully packaged to withstand the abuse it may endure during shipping.  Unfortunately, once it leaves our building, we have no control. 

  • USPS: Media Mail is the most cost-effective shipping option, but ships without any insurance or guarantee.  While we do our best to package your orders for safe travel, LHM is not responsible for lost/damaged orders shipped via Media Mail.
  • FedEx: If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged packaging and product as you received it, then contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.  LHM cannot file a claim on your behalf and is not responsible for  goods lost or damaged during shipping.

Is there an order minimum?
There is an order minimum of $5.00.  You will not see a button to check out until your cart total reaches $5.00.

Can I place an order outside of the U.S.?
Our online store only allows for orders and fulfillment in the United States.  For orders in Canada, please click here to place your order with our local office.  For information on ordering in other countries, please contact us.


Why can’t I login with my LHM username and password?
The shoplhm.org system is separate from the one you use to download files on lhm.org and will need to be created if you don’t already have an account on this site.
If you haven’t ordered on shoplhm.org since June 2020, you will need to set up a new ShopLHM account, even if you placed an order on the previous online store (prior to July 2020).  If you have questions about previous orders or need assistance, please contact us!

What payment options are offered?
All orders must be pre-paid. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.) Your credit card will be charged the amount of your order at the time your order is submitted.

Where do I find more?

Many of our booklets are available as free downloadable PDF files.  Additional PDF downloads, as well as MP3 audio files for some, are available by visiting our Project Connect website or through our FREE app.


What are Digital Research Kits?
Digital Research Kits are a resource for anyone—though often likely a church leader—who wants to dig deeper into any of the research projects we’ve done with Barna so far.  
 
These kits are DIGITAL ONLY, which means when purchased on shoplhm.org, you will not receive a physical product, but instead be given online access to download a ZIP file containing the items as specified in the product description.

Due to agreements with third-party ministry partners, these kits are not eligible for discounts of any kind.


Can I share the Digital Research Kit with others?
The license you purchase gives you access to use these files for your own personal / organizational use.  We encourage you to share the findings with your team or organization and lead your group in conversations about the research and the implications for your ministry, however, they are meant for internal use only.

Please do not share these files or links outside of your organization or post to social media.


How do I access/download the digital (ZIP) files I purchase?
Once your payment has successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with a link to download the ZIP file. You can also find your orders by clicking here and viewing the order information.

ZIP is a common file format that's used to compress one or more files together into a single location. This reduces file size and makes it easier to transport multiple files in one location / download. When unzipped (extracted) you will see a folder with all the files in their original formats. Most devices should already have an app installed to open and allow you to use these resources.
